What this site is

Everything here describes how Liquid Lock works and what it believes about operating companies. It is general information written for people running or backing a business. It is not advice on your specific situation, it does not create an advisory relationship, and no professional duty arises from reading it. Nothing here is legal, accounting, tax or investment advice.

Any engagement with Liquid Lock LLC is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides, which sets the scope, the fee, the dates and the confidentiality terms. Where anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement controls.

Figures, benchmarks and results

Published benchmarks are attributed to their source on the page where they appear and belong to whoever published them. Figures describing past engagements come from the company own reporting and are stated in ranges to protect confidentiality. Past results describe what happened at one company at one time and are not a prediction about yours.

The sample read out shown on the Diagnostic page is illustrative and its figures are invented for the purpose of showing the format.

Anything you send

Do not send confidential material through the form. The first conversation is the right place to agree how confidential information is handled, and a mutual non disclosure agreement is available on request before anything sensitive changes hands. Material sent before that is handled in good faith and in confidence, but it travels by ordinary email.

The text, the design, the name and the marks on this site belong to Liquid Lock LLC. Quote from it with attribution and a link. Do not republish a page whole, and do not present this work as your own.

Availability and liability

The site is offered as it is. It may be unavailable at times, and it may contain an error, in which case telling Liquid Lock is welcome and it gets fixed. To the extent the law allows, Liquid Lock LLC is not liable for a decision taken on the basis of general information published here.
