What this site collects, and what it does not.
Liquid Lock LLC runs this site. It is a few pages and two forms. There is no advertising, no tracking pixel and nothing is sold to anyone. Last updated September 22, 2026.
What you send deliberately
The contact form asks for a name, a company, an email address, which of three situations describes you, and a description of what is stuck. The subscribe box on the Notes page asks for an email address and nothing else.
Both are sent by email to one inbox at Liquid Lock LLC. Neither is stored in a database on this site, neither is added to an advertising audience, and neither is shared with or sold to anyone. Contact submissions are kept in that mailbox for as long as the enquiry is live and are deleted once it is clearly over. Subscribers are kept until they ask to be removed.
Replying to the confirmation you receive reaches a person. To be taken off the Notes list, reply with the word stop and you are removed.
What is collected automatically
Two suppliers sit in front of this site and both keep standard server logs, which include the requesting internet address, the page requested, the time and the browser identifier. Cloudflare provides security and delivery, and WP Engine provides hosting. Those logs exist to keep the site up and to stop attacks. They are not used to build a profile of you.
There is no analytics package on this site at the time of writing. There are no advertising cookies and no third party trackers. If analytics is added later, this page will say so before it is switched on. WordPress may set a cookie if you log in, which applies only to the site owner.
Typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a third party, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited.
Your choices
Write to cwarden@liquidlockmedia.com and you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. That request will be answered within thirty days and there is no charge. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the lawful basis for handling a form submission is the legitimate interest of replying to someone who asked to be contacted, and for the Notes list it is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Liquid Lock LLC is based in the United States and any email you send is stored there.
