Responsibilities:
- Manage one or more client accounts within the biotech / pharmaceutical space
- Develop strong client relationships at the highest levels of our client organizations and play a collaborative, consultative role in shaping client marketing strategies and initiatives
- Excellent working knowledge of legal compliance within advertising within healthcare
- Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to recognize and pitch new business opportunities to existing clients and identify opportunities with prospective clients
- Forecast client social media performance and ensure team meets/exceeds targets
- Be a senior level leader across accounts and manage direct reports
- Actively participate in or lead creative collaboration such as internal brainstorms and work sessions with clients
- Monitor, proactively communicate and reconcile time, cost or quality issues to client and LLM executives
Required expertise/qualifications:
- Experience working with major pharmaceutical and healthcare brands on the marketing and business development side
- Experience leading and inspiring cross-functional teams of senior-level contributors is necessary
- Experience driving teams to achieve client goals and performance marks
- Direct client contact within an agency environment.
- Collaboration within an organization’s internal marketing or communications department
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, business management, journalism, English or related field
- Excellent communications skills in conversation and in writing
